                        Policies

On most occasions, reservations are taken for a minimum stay of two nights.  Holiday weekends require a minimum of three nights.  Inquire about availability for the dates in which you are interested.

Three week's notice on cancellations is required for a refund.  On less notice, refunds will be made only if the entire reservation is re-rented. In either case there is a $20.00 fee for a cancellation.

Deposits are applied as a guarantee for your entire booking.  No refunds are made for early departures, shortened stays, or late arrivals.
